Thank you for following my blog, Sheekha. I read your article on Depression. I had written a blog post on Depression, the causes and what can spouse and people around do to help people recover. From my own experience, after 16 years in IT, I burned out working in toxic workplace. I cut off from people for 2 years, returned to India and working on 2 start ups from home while I support people on Quora who feel suicidal. There is a lot that needs to be done for awareness because most people feel people are lazy and giving excuses. I am strong now. I will launch both start ups in few months. My blog is an educational blog and will cover wide variety of topics to make education simple and free for all. Hope to see more of your posts and wish you good luck ! Stay strong.
